Ways You Can Give

Our operating costs for food, utilities, trained staff, cleaning supplies, security, and general maintenance each month run no less than $25,000. Every month. Sometimes, especially in the cold or really hot months, the utilities are even more. And in our growing area, there’s never a shortage of people needing a safe place to sleep even just for a few nights while they get back on their feet.

Jenny shares how your donations are changing lives in our community.

Your Gift Changes Lives

Every donation helps provide shelter, meals, case management, employment support, and a pathway home for men and women experiencing homelessness in our community. Whether you choose a one-time gift, monthly donation, corporate sponsorship, planned gift, or another way to give, your generosity creates lasting change and brings hope to those who need it most.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, One Hopeful Place provides tax acknowledgment receipts for eligible charitable contributions. Every gift, regardless of size, helps transform lives and strengthen our community.

Have Questions About Giving?

I’d be honored to help you explore the many ways you can support One Hopeful Place and find the giving opportunity that’s right for you.

Make A

One-Time Gift

With your help… We can change lives and help reduce homelessness in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. We are asking for your support by making a one-time donation of $500.

This will help us feed, house, and give support through educational training, re-housing guidance, or self-sufficiency counseling for 2 people for 2-weeks. Sometimes all a person needs to get through a rough patch is to end the sleep-deprivation of always being on guard for danger, and find a new place to live, is simply a safe place to sleep.

If you prefer to make a gift by check, please make the check payable to One Hopeful Place and mail to:

1564 North Beal Extension, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547

Give a Monthly Pledge

Your monthly pledge helps sustain the mission of One Hopeful Place and provides ongoing support to individuals experiencing homelessness in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. By giving each month, you help ensure we can continue offering safe shelter, meals, educational training, re‑housing guidance, and self‑sufficiency counseling to those working toward stability. Even a modest recurring gift creates lasting impact over time, giving our guests the consistency they need to move forward.

Become A Sponsor

Becoming a sponsor is more than a financial commitment — it’s a compassionate partnership that helps restore stability, dignity, and hope for individuals experiencing homelessness in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Your support allows us to strengthen our campus, expand life‑changing programs, and create safe spaces where guests can rest, rebuild, and begin again.

Make it possible for people to move forward with confidence, knowing their community believes in them. If you’re interested in joining us as a sponsor, we would be honored to share how your support can make a meaningful difference.
